Do I need to book a consultation before my treatment?
Yes — for all colour, aesthetics, and certain wellness treatments, a consultation is required.
This ensures accurate pricing, a patch test if needed, and personalised results.
What is included in the price of hair colouring or aesthetics treatments?
For hair colouring, the price does not include wash, cut, or blow dry unless stated.
For aesthetics, prices depend on the area, amount of product, and technique. Everything is discussed during consultation.
What if I need to cancel?
We kindly ask for 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations may result in a fee, as time with our stylists and clinicians is reserved specifically for you.
