First-Time Users
If you’re new to sunbed sessions, we recommend starting with shorter sessions and gradually building up exposure. Our team will guide you through your first visit.

Skin Safety
UV exposure carries health risks including premature ageing and increased skin cancer risk. Always follow the recommended exposure times for your skin type, never exceed them, and seek advice from your GP if you have any concerns before booking. We’ll help you choose appropriate session lengths every time you visit.

Eye Protection
Protective eyewear is essential and is provided for every session. Please use it every time, no exceptions.

Aftercare
Moisturise your skin after each session to keep it healthy and hydrated, and to prolong your tan between visits.
