The Beginning
Built by Two Who Believed
Steel Serenity started with a simple idea: what if the best hair, beauty, and wellness specialists in Fakenham all worked under one roof?
Carly and Hayley made that happen. Between them, they brought over 40 years of experience in hair and aesthetics. But their vision went further than their own chairs. They wanted to create a space where talented, independent professionals could thrive together.
The result is a lounge, not just a salon. A place where clients can enjoy a drink at the bar, feel at home in the waiting area, and trust that whoever looks after them is at the top of their field.
The Space

Step through the door at 38 Market Place and you will notice the difference straight away. This is not your typical high-street salon.
Original period features sit alongside modern design. Herringbone floors, warm wood panelling and industrial lighting create a space that feels both premium and welcoming. There is a bar area where you can enjoy a drink while you wait.
